We collect the minimum, only to organize our exchanges, and we neither sell nor share your data.

For the discovery session, we ask you for no document: we work only from public sources. The map of your organization stops at team level: no personal names.
Who has access
Only the Méliantis team accesses your data. We do not sell it and do not use it for advertising. Our technical providers act only on our instructions:
- LWS (France): website hosting and email.
- Cal.com (United States): booking calendar.
- Attio : tracking of the companies that contact us.
- Umami : anonymous audience measurement.
When data is processed outside the European Union, the transfer is covered by the safeguards provided by the GDPR (adequacy decision, including the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses).
Documents for the deep-dive session
The documents you send are covered by the mutual confidentiality agreement, available as a PDF. They are used only to prepare and check the map of your organization. If there is no follow-up, they are deleted within 30 days after the session.
Your rights
You can at any time request access to your data, its correction, erasure, restriction of processing or portability, and object to its processing. Write to contact@meliantis.fr : we reply within one month.
You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).
Security
The site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Access to data is limited to the Méliantis team. No automated decision-making or profiling is carried out using your data.
